Etihad airways to start Ahmedabad – Abu Dhabi flight from November

UAE based Etihad Airways will connect Ahmedabad and Abu Dhabi from November 2012 onwards in a bid to enhance commercial and leisure travel.
The airline has announced that it will to add Ethiopian capital, Addis Ababa and Gujarat’s de-facto capital Ahmedabad to its network in November 2012.
The two new cities will expand the airline’s reach to 86 passenger and cargo destinations around the world.
The new routes will each be served by an Airbus A320 aircraft.
The new service will offer nearly 1,000 seats a week into Ahmedabad according to Etihad Airway’s President and CEO James Hogan.
