The Maharashtra land mafia is extremely bad. This land mafia has ruined Mumbai, and is now on the way to destroying quality of life in Pune. Please be very careful in dealing with land mafia.

bablooji you are totally correct when you say these people have destroyed here and now on the way to neighbour state. However one thing we must remember that such elements get ready help from our politicians here. There is no transparency here. However same people being business people, if they know the system of working, they either may not think of doing wrong or may not be able to adjust there under the prevailing system. all the best to them.

I agree with babloo and mr. H M Suthar…. In our nation anything goes…. A person who stole millions will get bail and enjoys life like anything….. MOST black money is in REAL ESTATE so all these people who do dirty dealings for someone else do not know that sooner or later they all will die and nothing they will take with them….,THIS is our MORAL-ETHICAL problem….. I tell all my friend EARN ETHICALLY and LIVE SPIRITUALLY….. JAY HIND….

PEOPLE tell me in CORRUPT system it is hard to live live and earn ethically…. YOU try and GOD will help you…. I know and as well you know that in the nation PEOPLE with POWER are the worst problem…. THEY do not INVEST or take chances, THEY only use POWER and get bribes to pass or approve …. and EVERY SIGN costs money….. FIR BHI MERA BHARAT MAHAN…….JAY HIND..

I have lived in Maharasthra for many years. There is an utter lack of vision at the state & city level. With visionary leadership at the top, Gujarat will continue to lead the way in redefining the concept of new India. Sab ka Saath, Saab ka Vikas – in action!!
