NRI Gujarati held in Missouri for wielding an ax during fight

A Dexter man faces criminal charges after he allegedly wielded an ax during a fight.
Dexter Police say Hemant Patel, 34, and another man were arguing Monday afternoon when Patel reportedly grabbed the ax and waved it at the other man.
No one got hurt.
Authorities charged Patel with second degree assault and armed criminal action.
