SVLL:1111 truck order last year,Rs 111 cr black money disclosure now

Siddhi Vinayak Logistics Private Limited(SVLL), Surat based transport company that ordered 1111 trucks from Tata Motors last year, is now in news for disclosure of Rs 111 crore black money transactions. According to officers of Income Tax department based in Surat, this is the biggest disclosure of black money transaction by one party in the history of Gujarat.
On Wednesday, the Income Tax department had conducted survey at Chartered Accountant Ajay Sharda’s office and recovered documents related to Siddhi Vinayak Logistics. On Thursday night, survey was carried out at Siddhi Vinayak Logistics Company.
Siddhivinayak Logistics is one of the largest fleet owners in the country, owning a fleet of over 2,000 commercial vehicles. It operates across diverse segments like steel, cement, tractors, chemicals, machinery and is a pioneer in new segments like commercial vehicle chassis carriers.
