Bandra Chandigarh weekly express is now bi-weekly

For the convenience of passengers, Ministry of Railways has decided to increase the frequency of Bandra Terminus-Chandigarh from Weekly to Bi-Weekly.
Accordingly, Train No. 22451 Bandra Terminus-Chandigarh Express will leave from Bandra Terminus at 12.05 hrs every Monday and Thursday from 05th July, 2012. Similarly, Train No. 22452 Chandigarh-Bandra Terminus Express will now run on every Sunday and Wednesday from Chandigarh at 5.45hrs.
The train halts at Borivali, Surat, Bharuch, Vadodara, Anand, Ahmedabad, Palanpur, Abu Road, Falana, ManNar Jn., Ajmer, Phulera, Ringus, Neem Ka Thana, Narnaul, Rewari, Gurgaon, Delhi Cantt., Panipat and Ambala in both the directions.
It consists of AC 2 Tier, AC 3 Tier, Sleeper & Second Class General coaches.
Earlier Train No. 22451 used to run only on Monday While Train No. 22452 used to run only on Sunday.
The booking of extended frequency of Train No. 22451 Bandra Terminus-Chandigarh Superfast Special train will open from 5th July, 2012.
