Sources told DeshGujarat that in union cabinet reshuffle on Sunday, Gujarat MP Shri Dinsha Patel is likely to be elevated to cabinet rank.
Shri Dinsha Patel, senior Congress MP elected from Kheda Lok Sabha seat in central Gujarat is presently minister of state in centre.
Highly placed sources also told DeshGujarat that minister of state for Railway Bharatsinh Solanki may be shifted to another ministry. Shri Solanki is MP from Gujarat’s Anand seat.
But the very interesting development according to sources is that two ministerial berths will be reserved for those Gujarat MPs who perform best in Gujarat assembly polls apparently in terms of victory on number of seats in their area they ensure. Such “successful” two Gujarat MPs will win ministerial berth post Gujarat elections.
