In less than two months,four senior Bihar BJP leaders visited Gandhinagar, held one-to-one meeting with Narendra Modi

The state of Bihar seems very much in Gujarat Chief Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s focus. In recent months, Shri Modi has invited four Bihar BJP leaders, and held one-to-one meetings with them.

In third week of April, Bihar BJP leader CP Thakur came to Gandhinagar and held a long one-to-one meeting with Shri Modi. Shri Thakur later participated in a programme at Vapi in South Gujarat and said, “in Bihar, in every village people tell us, please make Modi a Prime Minister.”

In the first week of May, Bihar BJP leader Rajiv Pratap Ruddy was in Ahmedabad to lead dharna against Congress-led UPA in Ahmedabad. Shri Ruddy held a detailed meeting with Shri Modi in Gandhinagar.

In third week of May Another Bihar BJP leader Shri Ravi Shankar Prasad came to Ahmedabad and addressed a press conference. Shri Prasad held a long meeting with Chief Minister Shri Modi before that.

In less than three months period, today another Bihar BJP leader was in Gandhinagar and met Mr. Modi. Animal Husbandry and Fisheries Minister of Bihar Giriraj Sinh paid was in Gujarat capital to take part in national conference on dairy and livestock. It was Narendra Modi who inaugurated this event. Giriraj Singh later paid courtesy visit to the Gujarat Chief Minister.

According to official release, Giriraj Singh lauded the development took place in Gujarat during the Chief Minister’s regime in the sectors like agriculture, animal husbandry and rural development.

It should be mentioned here that Shri Modi has recently accepted Bihar BJP’s invitation to address a grand rally in Patna in October this year. The scheduled date of this ‘Hunkar rally’ is 27 October. Shri Modi has today declared launching of a nationwide drive to collect a few gram of iron from each village of India on 31 October this year. The drive will continue till 26 January 2014. It is expected that Hunkar rally in Bihar be a grand platform to kick off this drive.
