Bopal gets beautified/redeveloped lake and garden

State Revenue Minister today inaugurated redeveloped Bopal lake in Ahmedabad.
The lake and the garden are developed at a cost of Rs. 270 lakh by Ahmedabad Urban Development Authority(AUDA) in this outskirt area of city. It will store 18 crore liter water, and contribute to water recharging in surrounding area.
The 21,547 square meter size lake is surrounded by garden that has 1500 sq.m greenery, 1190 sq.m. playground and 800 plants/trees. The entire area is around 53,286 sq.m.
