Gujarat Tourism plans Rs. 24.5 crore HD aqua, laser, light, sound, pyro, fountain show at Gomti Ghat in Dwarka

Gujarat Tourism has planned laser show with HD projection on Aqua screen with light and sound effects, musical fountains and pyro color flame, underwater LED lighting and special effects at Gomti Ghat in Dwarka.

The project is presently in tender process. The facility once ready will be available to those paying entry ticket. Gujarat Tourism intends to complete the project in six months period after work is awarded. The budget for the project is Rs. 24,49,68,050.

The sound and light event will be over half an hour long.

Salient features of the project are: DMX controlled Pyro devices to be fired over and over again. Column of flame between 30 feet minimum. The systems to shoot as high as 75 feet in colors including purple, blue, green, yellow, orange, and red. There will be 16 or more numbers of musical fountains with minimum 32 metre spanning. Fountains will have minimum 2 meter pitch with swinging, fixed and brackish type. Digital nozzle will swing and go round in 360 degree. It will be able to operate Multimedia/Music/ Program Control / Classic Static etc. Display of promos/show clips etc. on site LED Screens/Video walls will be available. Booking of the show will be available online also. Language of the show will be Hindi and English. Content will be changed every six months. There will be two shows every evening, and both will have separate content.

The project may delay due to various types of permissions attached with its execution that include CRZ (Coastal Regulation Zone), Environment statutory requirements, ASI and local govt. department approvals etc.
