11 Councillors join BJP in presence of CM, BJP captures Chhota Udepur municipality

BJP has captured Chhota Udepur municipality as 5 Congress Councillors, 3 BSP Councillors and 3 independents have today joined BJP in presence of Chief Minister Anandiben Patel in Gandhinagar.
State party spokesperson IK Jadeja said BJP had won 4 out of total 21 seats of Chhota Udepur municipality, but with today’s development the party has achieved majority of 15 members.
He said municipality president Alpaben Shah, vice president Irshadali Baloch and other 3 members of Congress, 3 members of BSP and 3 independents thus total 11 members have today joined the BJP.
BJP president RC Faldu, prabhari Om Mathur, national vice president Parshottam Rupala, state general secretary Bhikhubhai Dalsania, Bharat Pandya, Shankarbhai Chaudhary etc welcomed the new members to party.
