Ahmedabad city police commissioner has issued a notification on Tuesday that the roads around the hotel in Vastrapur where the China president will be put up and the venues where high-level Sino-Indian talks would be held, will be no-entry and no-parking zone on Wednesday afternoon.

According to the notification, the road from GMD corner to Kalyan Pushti Haveli will remain closed and the diversion will be provided from GMD corner to Helmet Crossroads and Andhjan Crossroads. The road from Gurukul to AlphaOne will also remain closed where the diversion will be provided from Sarkari Vasahat to Manav Mandir. Similarly, the road from Indraprasth to Vastrapur lake will be closed for traffic and people will have to take the Indraprasth-Gurukul road.

The roads leading to Gandhi Ashram would be closed for the general public an hour before Chinese President’s visit to Gandhi Ashram.
