Four MoUs were signed today in a session on “Sustainable Energy for all” on the second day of Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit in Gandhinagar in presence of Gujarat Chief Minister, Power Minister Saurabh Patel and MoS Jayantibhai Kavadia.

1. MoU between Gujarat govt and United Nations for ‘strategic partnership in energy sector’.

2. MoU with China Light and Power Limited for 2,000 MW imported coal based power project at Paguthan in district Bharuch.

3. MoU with GSPC Gas for a city gas distribution network covering 200 villages of Gujarat.

4. MoU with Torrent power for a 51 MW solar power project at Charanka in Patan district.
