Two States
March 19, 2015
Story of two states.
While in Gujarat, the government is keeping watch through CCTV camera and live streaming using tablets on 50,000 class rooms across the state where Board exams are being conducted, in Bihar on the other hand, people climb buildings to assist the students in copying during board exams!
A photograph attached with this article here is from Vaishali in Bihar where family and friends of students climb wall to help in copying. No wonder that they are allowed to do so by police and exam supervisors.
A news report suggests that in Hajipur, the situation is so bad that a question paper goes in hand of agents before it reaches in exam hall. Answer material immediately is supplied to exam halls.
In Vaishali, people climb four-storey building to assist in copying like lizard. Some of them had felled down and suffered injuries too.
