Gujarat High Court nod for demolition of Sai Baba Mandir in Thaltej, Ahmedabad

Gujarat High Court today termed Sai Baba Mandir built on government land in Thaltej area of Ahmedabad as entrenchment and gave green signal to administration to demolish it in one and half months period.
Saibaba Mandir management wanted government to regularize the construction, however the court today rejected a plea in this regard and termed this temple as encroachment on government land. The court upheld government decision to serve notice to mandir for demolition.
