Gujarat Chief Minister Office adopts a village (Video)

Gujarat Chief Minister’s office has adopted Ishwariya village of Sihor taluka in Bhavnagar district of Gujarat.
A meeting in this regard was held in this village in presence of Rajya Sabha MP Mansukh Mandavia, Chief Minister office’s PRO Hitesh Pandya, Nation First Foundation’s Akshay Thakkar, local TDO among others.
Mandavia in this meeting said that this is perhaps the first instance where Chief Minister office has adopted a village. He promised grant for garbage removal mechanism in village. Mandavia stressed proper utilization of fund available through various government schemes and asked people to develop good habits. Mandavia shared glimpses of upcoming development works the village is likely to witness including block oaving, toilets, housing etc.
