When entire town takes responsibility of marriage of orphanage girls

Public places and buildings including government hospital, bridge, high school and municipality office are decorates with lighting in Gondal town of Gujarat on the occasion of wedding of five orphan girl living in Balashram, an orphanage established by Maharani Nand Kunvarba in year 1903.
Balashram has become a permanent shelter for 28 girls and 20 old age people at present. 5 girls, Aruna, Manisha, Rupa, Shilpa and Ansuya are going to marry. Aruna is here for last 15 years, Manisha for last 13 years, Shilpa for last 10 years and Anusya for 6 years.
The responsibility of wedding function has been taken by local BJP MLA and Nagarpalika president. Municipality employees, Bala Hanuman Mandir Yuvak Mandal, Bansi Group, Rajdip Construction, Tatfaliya Hanumanji Yuvak Mandal, Haji Ami Sheth(Mumbai), Meman Jamat etc are jointly sponsoring the event.
