GMDC consolidated Q4 net profit up at Rs 235 crore

Gujarat Mineral Development Corporation (GMDC) today reported 22.5 per cent rise in consolidated net profit at Rs 234.9 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2015.
The company’s consolidated net profit in the corresponding quarter of FY 2014 was Rs 191.7 crore, Gujarat Mineral Development Corporation said in a regulatory filing.
The consolidated total income decreased from Rs 484.2 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2014 to Rs 446.4 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2015, it said.
The company posted a net profit of Rs 500.3 crore for the year-ended March 31, 2015 as compared to Rs 439.1 crore for the year ended March 31, 2014.
