Surat

After 55 days long road journey, four gentlemen from Surat, Gujarat reached London today.

Dr Rajen Desai, Dr Paresh Patel, Dr Ashok Patel and Chetan Desai left from Surat on 10th May.

They passed through 15 nations during their 20,000 km journey.

Their family members are already in Britain to join them in their celebration on completion of their road journey which started from Surat, passed through neighboring Myanmar and China to central Asia and Europe.

The entire journey was on road, but for Netherlands-England journey they had to put their car in ship.

Successful travelers will return back to Surat by air, while their car will be shipped back to India via sea route.

Message on completion of journey:

Goooood morning London…and to all my friends….At last we r in London. A final destination of our car on road. Today we will ship our most important medium of tour,our car to India. As so many people of India demanded to purchase it in London but we said sorry… Yesterday was rocking for us. We reached at London around 5 pm. Mrs Bharulata and Dr. Subodh has arranged a big welcome party in Brahms park in Wembley London. As soon as we reached at park people of India were waiting for us cheered up loudly and welcomed us very warmly. Everybody wanted to get pics of us with them and with GJ number plate car. We really shocked to see the excitement of all Indians more were Gujarati. We cut the cake. Whole atmosphere was energetic. Everybody want to have dinner with them at their home. As we don’t have much time so they have invited to gather at 7th night.for dinner. After finishing function Mrs. Bharulta, Dr Subodh, Cheatn, Mukesh took us with our car and had a long drive in central London. We reached at hotel around 11 30 pm. One of our Gujarati friend Vikas had parceled of Indian foods and delivered at our hotel. Thanks word is very little for all of them who supported us throughout our journey. We can say they all are part of our journey without them this milestone was not possible. So love to all Indians. We I’ll spend three days in London and on 10th. July we will touch our homeland again. Bye have a very nice day.
