Nadiad love jihad case accused, bootlegger Masum Mahida’s bail plea was rejected by district court. Victim girl’s father sought brain mapping test and CID crime probe against Mahida.
Mahida had filed plea for bail, in response to which, father of victim girl told court that Mahida’s ‘nikah’ was illegal since the signature of bride’s father in nikahnama was fake. Not only this but the signature of Kazi and lawyer were same.
