Among others who visited Sarangpur to pay last respect to Pramukh Swami were Karnataka Governor Vajubhai Vala, former Chief Minister Anandiben Patel joined by former minister Vasuben Trivedi, IPS cop Abhay Chudasama, former Gujarat BJP chief RC Faldu, former Deputy Chief Minister Narhari Amin, MP Shambhu Prasad Tundiya, Gujarat BJP general secretary Bharatsinhji Parmar, MP Mansukh Vasava and MLA Ketan Inamdar and Delhi CM Kejriwal.

Hariprasad Swami of Haridham Sokhda today reached Sarangpur by helicopter. He heard the news of Pramukh Swami’s passing away and left Toronto in Canada to fly to India in order to pay last respect. Shri Hari Prasad Swami performed aarti of Pramukh Swami and had satsang with sants.  Hariprasad Swami is from same parampara of Gunatinand Swami, Shastriji Maharaj and Yogiji Maharaj. He was emotional while speaking about Pramukh Swami. Earlier PP Swami of Maninagar Gaadi branch of Swaminarayan sect had sent his tribute in writing with his Bhagvadpriyadasji and other saints to Sarangpur which was handed over to Mahant Swami. PP Swami is in England at present.

BJP leader LK Advani is likely to visit Sarangpur tomorrow.  BJP national president Amit Shah will arrive in Ahmedabad at around 8.00 pm today to attend last rites of Pramukh Swami at Sarangpur tomorrow. He will be reaching Sarangpur at around 9.30 am. Vijay Rupani, Baba Ramdev, Anil Ambani also likely to attend the last rites tomorrow.

In another development, actor Amitabh Bachchan today in his tweet said: T 2350 – HH Pramukh Swami Maharaj a spiritual leader humanitarian, condolences on his passing .. a generous simple human, his aura remains.
