Ahmedabad: Private airlines ‘Go Air’ has announced direct flight between Ahmedabad(Gujarat) and Kochi(Kerala) with effect from 15 February this year. Green Kerala is one of the most favorite domestic tourist destinations for Gujarati people. The new direct flight will give further boost to tourism activity. According to Go Air, the direct daily flight will leave Ahmedabad at 11.15 am and reach Kochi at 13.45. In return journey it will leave Kochi at 15.40 and reach Ahmedabad at 18.25. The flight timings seem attractive for tourists as they are somewhat in tune with hotel check in and check out timings. At present there’s no direct flight connecting Gujarat to Kerala. All flights on this route function via Mumbai or Bengaluru.
