Ahmedabad:

– Rajkot – Delhi flight had emergency landing at Jaipur airport today for medical emergency with one woman passenger aboard. The woman however couldn’t survive and succumbed at Jaipur airport.

– Haresh Solanki from Kodinar belt of coastal Saurashtra is now missing. It was earlier believed that Haresh was one of 65 fishermen apprehended by Pakistan Marine Security Agency on December 29 from midsea off Gujarat cost. However the fishermen caught by Pakistan on that day have in their letter conveyed that Haresh was not with them. It was earlier believed that Haresh was in Saraswati boat from Porbandar.

– In latest the Deputy Mayor of Ahmedabad has been a victim of chain snatching. Police is probing into this.

– There are some traffic restrictions imposed at River Front West drive and connected areas tomorrow(Sunday) during 6 to 8 am due to Cyclathon event.
