Gandhinagar: As many as 1.34 lakh students are going to appear in Gujarat Common Entrance Test(GUJCET) today for the admissions in degree engineering and diploma pharmacy courses. The exam will be conducted today during 10 am – 4 pm period. GUJCET has this year replaced JEE main exam in Gujarat. 67,000 students are going to appear in ‘A’ group while over 66,000 in ‘B’ group while 430 students are registered for ‘AB’ group. There are total 34 centers across Gujarat for GUJCET this year covering 578 building and 6773 blocks. Revenue department class-1 officers are assigned supervision job for each center in order to prevent copying.
