Rajkot: There are three danger spots on Rajkot – Virpur highway that cause frequent road accidents here. National Highway Authority of India(NHAI) has now started efforts to remove these danger spots and make the highway risk-free by December this year. The danger spots which are also identified as black spot are – on Rajkot – Gondal stretch, Shapar – Veraval and Chordi to Virpur stretch. NHAI in its recent survey identified these black spots and decided to change the design in highway to make it safer.
