Caught Republic TV anchor and cameraman redhanded at Eagleton: Congress man on Facebook

Ahmedabad: Ever since the Gujarat Congress MLAs are housed in luxurious Eagleton resort near Bangalore in Congress-ruled Karnataka, media persons and other guests are not permitted to enter inside the resort in order to maintain secrecy. Suppose if media persons were allowed to enter inside the resort, the photographs of Gujarat MLAs having lavish brunch, MLAs jumping in swimming pools, having walk on Gold course, spending time in bar-lounge, leaving luxurious life when their constituencies facing flood could be out. Three days ago Arnab Goswami-led Republic TV reported that Gujarat MLAs participated in Karaoke DJ night at Eagleton resort. Republic TV was the only channel that yesterday asked Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi in Gujarat about six Congress MLAs elected from flood hit Banakantha district, who are away at Bangalore resort for last one week. It is learnt that Republic TV reporter Prema Sridevi tried to enter inside the Eagleton resort with her camera person to capture the glimpses of Congress MLAs having leisure time in luxurious resort while their voters are having hard time due to worst flood in last 100 years. Milind Dharmasen, aid of local Congress minister DK Suresh who is hosting the MLAs on his Facebook page said: ‘I caught Republic TV anchor Prema Sridevi and her cameraman “Redhanded” at the Eagleton Golf Village…they came in disguise as husband and wife..their plan didn’t succeed.’ So far only couple of pictures and some short video clips of Gujarat MLAs have come out of Eagleton resort. In those pictures Gujarat MLAs are seen having brunch at resort.
