Gandhinagar: Jan Vikalp leader Shankersinh Vaghela has kicked off his election campaign from Vasaniya mahadev temple in Gandhinagar on Thursday.

Vaghela has finalized a state-wide tour programme for 21 September to 3rd October period.

Yesterday he traveled Mahudi, Khedbrahma, Ambaji, Danta, Jalotra, Magarwada, Chhapi, Unjha and Unava. At four places namely Danta, Jalotra, Magarwada and Chhapi, he was welcomed by supporters. Vaghela had kept an open jeep in his convoy to hold road show at places where his supporters had gathered.

Today Vaghela is visiting Kathlal, Chhipdi, Fagvel, Dakor, Halol, Pavagadh, Champaner, Bodeli and Suresh Patel farm house in Vadodara. He is going to be welcomed by supporters at Chhipdi patiya, Champaner, Bodeli and Vadodara farm house.

Tomorrow Vaghela will be visiting Talod, Dhansura, Modasa, Shamlaji, Himmatnagar and Junagadh. He will be welcomed at Talod, Dhansura, Modasa and Himmatnagar Motipura circle.

On Monday Vaghela will arrive at Somnath and have darshan there before holding a public meeting there. He wll also visit Keshor where he will be welcomed and Jetpur. He will be visiting Khodaldham temple also.

On Tuesday, Vaghela will address a press conference at Rajkot and will leave for Bhuj. He will be welcomed at Samkhiali and later visit Hajipir, Mata no madh and Bhuj.

On Wednseday he will leave for Jamnagar where he will address a press conference and welcomed at Khambhalia. Vaghela will also have darshan at Dwarka mandir and on Thuesday leave for Botad via Rajkot, Jasdan and Ghela Somnath. He will be visiting Ghela Somnath, Gadhda and Botad. He will also visit Salangpur and return back t Gandhinagar.

On 30th September Vaghela will burn a digital Ravan at Vatsrapur lake in Ahmedabad.

On 1st October, Vaghela will visit Rajpipla, Devmogra mata temple and Navsari. He will be welcomed by supporters at Dabhoi and Rajpipla.

On 2nd October he will leave visit Dandi and Surat. Muslim community will welcome him at Un Patiya while Patidar community will welcome him at BRC. Vaghela will hold discussion with leaders of various communities in the evening. Next day on 3rd October he will hold a press conference. He will visit Olpad, Hansot, Ankleshwar, Bharuch, Vagra and Padra.
