Effigies of PAAS leader Hardik Patel were burnt by youths of his own Patidar community at at-least two places in Gujarat today.

A group of Patidar youths in Patel Nagar locality close to 80 ft ring road in Rajkot city burnt his effigy and before that crushed it to protest against his alleged pro-Congress stand and secret meeting with Rahul Gandhi in a five start hotel in Ahmedabad. They alleged that Hardik was misleading the community for his selfish motives.

In yet another incident Patidar people took out a symbolic funeral procession of the effigy of the PAAS leader for similar reasons and later burnt it.
