Gandhinagar: Just after midnight, opposition Congress party has announced the list of 76 candidates  for Gujarat elections 2017. Last date of filling nominations for the second phase of polling covering North and Central Gujarat is today. Candidates of 17 seats are yet to be announced. It is believed that they shall be directly asked to file nomination over phone call and given mandates.
