Rupani inaugurated it on February 11, the hall remains closed for public even now
March 22, 2018
Vadodara: Chief Minister Vijay Rupani had inaugurated a new Deendayal town hall in city about one and half month ago. The hall however has not opened for booking even now.
Rs 30 crore Deendayal hall has 900-seat arrangement. It was dedicated to public on February 11 by the Chief Minister, but for one or other reason, the Vadodara Municipal Corporation(VMC) is denying booking of the hall to public.
Local artists have raised their voice against this and demanded to throw open the hall for booking before World Theaters Day on March 27.
