Centre releases Rs 628 crore for groundnut farmers of Gujarat, also gives nod for Raydo and Chana purchase on MSP

Gandhinagar: The Government of India has released Rs 628 crore grant for farmers who sold groundnut on minimum support price(MSP) across 254 centres in Gujarat.
According to a statement issued by the State government, the farmers will get payment in their bank accounts in next two-three days.
According to release, the Centre has also given nod for 90,000 mt Raydo and 80,000 mt Chana purchase on MSP in Gujarat.
Dy CM Nitin Patel and Agriculture minister RC Faldu have thanked the Prime Minister for his pro-farmers decision.
