New building of Viramgam municipality named as Atal Bihari Vajpaye bhavan

Viramgam: A new municipality building of Viramgam town in Ahmedabad district was inaugurated today by Chief Minister Rupani and named as ‘Atal Bihari Vajpayee’ bhavan. The building has been constructed at a cost of Rs 2 crore.
With this, the Chief Minister also launched construction of new town hall and bus station in Viramgam. The bus station of Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation(GSRTC) will come up at a cost of Rs 3.5 crore in Viramgam while a new town hall will see expenditure of Rs 3 crore.
Rupani while addressing a gathering on this occasion pointed out that Viramgam is centrally located town of Gujarat. He said the State government is constructing new taluka bhavans, town halls and municipality office buildings across the State.
