Gujarat CM at Dholera SIR tomorrow to lay foundation stone for two projects

Gandhinagar: Gujarat Chief Minister Vijay Rupani will lay foundation stone for 20 MLD common affluent treatment plant and Pipli-Dholera water pipe line projects. Both projects are important for Dholera town and Dholera Special Investment Region(SIR) according to a note issued by the government. The function will held at Panjrapol ground of Dholera tomorrow.
20 MLD common treatment plant will collect discharged water for treatment. There will be a master balancing reservoir and 14 internal affluent pupping stations clubbed with the treatment plant.
Pipli-Dholera pipe line project involves 13.5 km pipe line connecting Pipli pumping station to Kadipur village based 50 MLD treatment plant and 9.5 km pipeline connecting 50 MLD treatment plant to Dholera.
The Chief Minister will announce 11,000 hectare 5,000 MW ultra mega solar power park which will be the world’s largest solar park. At present, Karnataka based 2,000 MW solar park is considered the largest in the world. Proposed park in Dholera will be 2.5 times bigger than Karnataka based solar park.
The Chief Minister will also announce Skill Development Centre in Dholera SIR area which shall come up in partnership of Dholera Industrial City Development Ltd and L&T.
