One held in Surat over Facebook post appealing ink attack on Chief Minister

Surat: Cyber cell of city crime branch detained one Lalit Donda for his online post appealing others to throw ink on Chief Minister Vijay Rupani during Rupani’s Surat visit.
A day before Rupani’s visit to Surat, a youth Lalit Babubhai Donda had published a post on his Facebook account making appeal to others to come and throw ink on Chief Minister Vijay Rupani during his Surat visit.
‘Chief Minister is coming to Surat tomorrow morning. He has to be welcomed with ink, be ready for that,’ Donda had said in his Facebook post.
City crime branch cyber cell cop Paresh Sahebrao filed complaint against Lalit Donda and arrested him over this post. Donda lives in Khodiar krupa society near Sarthana Jakatnaka. He is originally from Rupavati village of Gariadhar taluka.
