Ahmedabad:

City based Shivalik Group and Hetu Construction Pvt. Ltd today announced a joint venture to form S&H Construction today. The two will now work together in construction business aiming at excellent quality with finely finished construction, completed well within the stipulated timeline. Shivalik Group was set up in 1996. Hetu Construction Pvt. Ltd (HCPL) is a 35-year-old construction company.

Shivalik Group and Hetu Construction have till date executed 300+ projects and boast of a joint experience of 50 years. The two enterprises said they have constructed more than 10 million sq. ft. space, and planted more than 20000+ trees within and around the properties.

Taral Shah, Managing Director, Shivalik Projects, during the launch ceremony of S&H, said, “We are happy to announce this joint venture with HCPL. Together, we are powered by a team of highly skilled technicians and labor. Moreover, S&H is associated with the best of architects, structure consultants, interior designers, analytics experts, and other construction specialists from around the world, ensuring an enhanced experience for our end users.”

While it is expected that by 2025 India will be adding 11.5 million new homes each year, it will make India a $1 trillion a year construction market. It is estimated that by 2025, India, USA, and China will contribute 60% of all the global growth in the construction sector. Moreover, the real estate sector in India is one of the prime contributors to the GDP of the nation, and the construction industry is the key employment generator in the country.
