Ahmedabad:

The info about a bag containing bomb lying near a school in Khokhra area of the city turned out to be wrong and the object lying in an unclaimed bag suspected to be bomb, in-fact, turned out to be a cricket ball.

Police said that a phone call claimed that there was bomb near Rashtriya Bharati school.

A team of bomb disposal squad along with sniffer dogs reached the scene and started searching for the explosive. The area was also cordoned off but later a bag on the road-side nearby was found to contain only a cricket ball.

No bomb or explosive was found.
