Ahmedabad:

Met department has issued heavy to very heavy rain warning for parts of South Gujarat and adjoining union territory of Daman and Dadra and Nagar Haveli for July 4 and 5.

The warning has been issued even as light to moderate to somewhat heavy rain has occurred at isolated places in the districts of South Gujarat, Saurashtra and Kutch in last 24 hours.

The monsoon which has weakened owing to absence of any supporting system is likely to remain non-vigorous in the next 3 days with only chances of spells of light to moderate rains in the next 3 days.

The specific heavy rain warning for July 4 and 5 is as follows-
Heavy to very heavy rains very likely at isolated places in the districts of South Gujarat region and in Daman, Dadra Nagar Haveli
