Jamnagar to get new overbridge on July 8

Jamnagar: Rs 24.45 crore over bridge on Bedi bandar road of Jamnagar will be inaugurated on July 8. This is third railway over bridge in the city after Gulabnagar and Khambhalia road ones. While Jamnagar Municipal Corporation(JMC) has contributed Rs 20.14 crore for this over bridge, the Railways has contributed Rs 4 crore. 580 meter long railway over bridge’s central portion of 31.40 meter has been built by railways. Thanks to this over bridge, the traffic approaching railway station, Bedi bandar, Valsura will be smoother.
