Rs 7 crore Meow Meow drug recovered from Ankleshwar based chemical unit, owner Sanket Patel arrested

Bharuch: Revenue Intelligence sleuths from Ahmedabad raided Matrix Fine Chem & Laboratory unit in Ankleshwar in Central Gujarat and recovered Mephedrone worth Rs 7 crore from company premises. Owner Sanket Patel has been arrested in this case.
Mephefrone, also known as 4-methyl methcathinone (4-MMC) or 4-methyl ephedrone, is a synthetic stimulant drug with street name as Meow Meow.
Along with his factory unit, Patel’s residence was also raided. Mephedrone was recovered from his unit in powder as well as liquid form. Row material used for making of Mephedrone was also recovered during the raid. Patel has been booked under NDPS.
