Charge of Nitin’s portfolios temporarily handed over to Chudasama, Saurabh

The charges of portfolios hold by Deputy CM of Gujarat Nitin Patel have temporarily been given to two senior ministers for the period of 8 days in the wake of his Japan visit from today.
An official release by the Gujarat government today said that Chief Minister Vijay Rupani has handed over Patel’s portfolios as additional charges to Education Minister Bhupendrasinh Chudasama and Energy Minister Saurash Patel during his foreign trip.
Patel’s portfolios for Roads & Buildings, Narmada, Kalpasar and Capital Project have been allotted to Chudasma while those of Finance, Health & Family Welfare and Technical Education have been allotted to Saurabh Patel.
Deputy Chief Minister Nitin Patel went to Japan on an Eight day visit today to participate in the 150 th foundation anniversary celebrations of Hyogo prefecture (province), of the country with which Gujarat has a special friendship pact since the days of the then CM Narendra Modi.
