Nakhatrana town observes bandh against BAMSEF propaganda against Hindu beliefs and Gods

Bhuj: Locals in Nakhatrana town of Kutch district in Gujarat observed strike protesting objectionable remarks against Hindu faith and Gods. The strike continued till noon. Traders joined by locals marched in rally and submitted memorandum at Mamlatdar office seeking ban on false propaganda on social media platforms including Whatsapp and Facebook against Hindu belief and Gods.
A memorandum with signatures of local stated that BAMSEF had organized public meeting in Nakhatrana in which speeches were delivered to create animosity between Dalits and non-Dalit Hindus. Such public meeting was initially not given permission but later the administration gave permission under pressure of organizers. Such rallies should not be permitted in future in order to maintain unity in society.
