Mukesh Ambani visits Badri Kedar temples on Dhan Teras, donates Rs 1 crore and Innova car

Badrinath: India’s top businessman Mukesh Dhirubhai Ambani visited Badrinath in North India on occasion of Dhan Teras. He invited Bhagwan Badrinath to wedding of his daughter Isha Ambaji at the temple. He also donated Rs 1 crore for Bhog Puja at Badrinath and Kedarnath temples and also gifted Innova car to Badrinath – Kedarnath Mandir Committee.
Mukesh Ambani’s daughter Isha is going to wed Anand Piramal on December 12. Mukeshbhai first reached Badrinath at 8.00 am through helicopter and presented invitation for Isha’s wedding at Badrinath sabha mandap and participated in puja.
According to Badrinath Kedarnath Temple Samiti(BKTC) officer B.D.Sinh, Mukeshbhai donated Rs 50 – 50 lakh donation for Badrinath and Kedarnath each. He performed puja in both temples and returned in helicopter. He also donated Innova car for the use of BKTC.
BKTC official said, Mukeshbhai had also donated two Bolero vehicle two years ago. In 2017, he had donated Rs 1.50 crore to BKTC for chandan and kesar and Rs 71 lakh for golden crown of Badrinath bhagwan. He had also given special donation of Rs 22 lakh additionally.
Mukeshbhai had visited Badr-Kedar lastly on May 24 with his son Akash and bahu Shloka and donated Rs 2.17 crore, of which Rs 1.66 crore was given for Badrinath and Rs 51 lakh for Kedarnath. He had donated Rs 1.1 crore for kesar and chandan and Rs 65 lakh for other puja.
Looking at snow carpet layers in this hilly pilgrim place, Mukeshbhai said he had visited this place in the past but this visit would be specially memorable due to snow carpet.
