Dharmik Malaviya and 7 others from PAAS arrested by Surat police in different cases of rioting and damage to public property

Surat: Surat police today arrested close aide of PAAS leader Hardik Patel, Dharmik Malaviya and 7 others related to the outfit in different cases of rioting and damage to public property.
Police said that Malviya was arrested in two cases pertaining to throwing of ink on the Dipawali wishes posters of local MLA V D Kachhadiya by Sarthana and Puna police. He was released in bail in one and was likely to be released by police in the other also as the offense was bailable.
Five others namely Yogesh Kumbhani, Mahendra Baldha, Maulik Nasit alias Mamu, Tushar Kachhadia and Akash Vataliya have been arrested in a case pertaining to attack on the BRTS city bus and its stand in August this year. They are likely to be produced in the court tomorrow.
Yogesh Kumbhani along with Chandresh Kavadia, Jay Jitendra Aakhja were also arrested by Puna police in the poster ink case and were likely to get bail along with the co-accused Dharmik in that matter.
