New river bridge connecting Gujarat to Madhya Pradesh inaugurated

Dahod: A new bridge connecting Gujarat and neighboring state Madhya Pradesh was dedicated to people by Minister of State in the Centre and Rajya Sabha member from Gujarat Shri Mansukh Mandaviya.
The bridge is located at Tanda village between Tanda Bhavani temple and Madhya Pradesh border over river Anas. It has been constructed at a cost of Rs. 15 crore. The minister also dedicated Rs. 400 crore road which is 87 km long.
Speaking in a function, Mandaviya said, ‘in 66 years period of earlier governments in Centre only 92,000 km national highways were built while present government’s target is construction of 1,00,000 km national highways in 8 years. Mandaviya spoke about benefits of Pradhan Mantri Sadak Yojana in villages.
