Gandhinagar: More than 44 lakh families or 2.25 crore citizens of Gujarat are going to get medical treatment of all kinds 100% free by government under Ayushyaman Bharat programme. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will launch the programme from Ranchi in Jharkhand on September 23. A function will be held in Gujarat simulteniously in presence of Chief Minister Rupani and Dy CM Nitin at Civil hospital in Ahmedabad. This detail was shared by State government in a statement today.

New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be on his second visit to small state Sikkim on September 23. He will inaugurate the state's first airport at Pakyong, located 39 km from state capital to put Sikkim on the aviation map of the country. He will also address a public meeting during his one-day visit. The new airport has undergone trials. Commercial operation of flights will commence from this new airport in the first week of October.

New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will tomorrow launch the India Post Payments Bank (IPPB) that seeks to leverage the expansive network of the postal department to ensure financial inclusion for the masses.
