The court of Additional Session Judge R R Bhatt of Porbandar district court today granted regular bail to the sole NCP MLA in Gujarat from Kutiyana seat, Kandhal Jadeja in connection with the case pertaining to ruckus in Ranavav police station and damage of public property, on condition that he would not leave Gujarat and give personal appearance on the first day of every month in Ranavav police station till the filing of Charge-sheet in the case.

Porbandar: NCP MLA Kandhal Jadeja has been booked for another criminal case.
According to a complaint filed by 21-year Vishal Samat Odedara, Kandhal and his 8 to 10 aides came to his petrol pump early in the morning at around 6.00 am, thrashed two employees, threatened them to kill and caused damage to equipment worth Rs 5,000.
The petrol pump named as Smit Petrol pump distributes Essar oil products. Odedara family purchased this petrol pump on December 13.

A local court in Ranavav town of Porbandar district of Gujarat today rejected the regular bail of NCP MLA from Kutiyana, Kandhal Jadeja and 6 others in connection with a case pertaining to ruckus in police station and damage of public property.
The court however allowed temporary bail to Jadeja till December 25.

Porbandar: FIR has been registered by Porbandar police against Nationalist Congress Party(NCP) MLA Kandhal Jadeja in Ranavav police station of Porbandar district for the offence of rioting, assaulting and obstructing public servant.
