Lucknow: Once-arch rivals Samajwadi Party (SP) and Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) today announced agreement in Uttar Pradesh for the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, sharing 38 seats each and keeping the Congress out of the alliance.
