After a long wait, Vipul Chaudhary (46), chairman of Mehsana-based Doodhsagar Dairy and Chairman of the Rs12,000-crore Gujarat Cooperative Milk Marketing Federation (GCMMF) is likely to face no confidence motion in GCMMF board meeting scheduled on Saturday, October 26th.

Chaudhary is BJP man, but recently was seen in a function of Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi during Rahul’s visit to Ahmedabad.

According to soruces, 14 out of 17 board members of GCMMF are against Chaudhary due to various reasons including Chaudhary’s decision to make donation during Maharashtra famine this year. Growing number of members are seeking accounts of donation made to Maharashtra.

Chaudhary was appointed GCMMF Chairman in August 2012.
