A lioness was electrocuted near Vagnagar village of Mahuva taluka in Bhavnagar district.

The incident happened on border of one farmer Harun Halari’s farm land.

Harun Halari had installed electric fencing to prevent damage to his crop from blue bull and pigs that are found in big number locally.

Forest department is in process to take action against the farm owner for installation of electric fence which is illegal.
