Gujarat govt launches egazette website for online availability of all gazettes

Gandhinagar: Gujarat Chief Minister today launched a website egazette.gujarat.gov.in for online availability of digital e-gazettes.
The Chief Minister said, this initiative will save approximately 35 mt paper per year. He said, any person or organization will be able to access the gazettes through a newly launched website for free. A QR code system has been placed on the website for loaded copy’s authenticity. The initiative he said will relieve the administration from keeping manual records of gazettes.
He suggested that all gazettes available in last 30-year period have to be made available on the website within one month. DeshGujarat
