Suvali beach to be developed at a cost of over Rs. 15 crore

Surat: Thanks to the efforts by Navsari Lok Sabha member CR Patil and legislator Sandip Desai, Surat Urban Development Authority (SUDA) has approved Rs. 10 crore grants, while the Government of Gujarat has approved Rs. 5 crore grant to develop Suvali beach on public private partnership (PPP) mode.
According to Sandip Desai, legislator from Choryashi seat, a Rs. 220 lakh Circuit House (government guest house) will be built at Suvali, works for which shall start soon.
He further informed that industrial houses such as Reliance, L&T, Arcelor Mittal Nippon Steel India, Adani Port, AONGC, NTPC, KRIBHCO, Gail, Gujarat Gas, Shell, IOC, HPCL, BPCL etc have given commitment to extend their help to Suvali beach development project.
A 10 meter wide road construction work connecting Suvali has started. Suvali beach lacks the facility of even the toilet and washroom at present. DeshGujarat
